Odd Entities brings forth 6 new and 3 previously released (but now updated) tracks. MagiTek maintains its roots, but develops and fuses new styles into the mix. This transition came from more of a hip hop influence, as well as performing live and becoming a 4 person group. This EP contains a variety of sounds, from what one could call "breakbeat industrial", to "crunky", to something just....strange. Overall, we feel it's a nice step forward, with much more to come.
Distorting Reality For Better Perception (2006)
This album came after 3 years spent sporadically composing, recording, rerecording, mixing, and even remixing. Besides the crude, sometimes meager vocals, and lo-fi sound, it still maintains an interesting style. This was due to the many diversions and distractions Quartz and J encountered along the path (of heroes).
The title of the album accurately depicts a theme that runs though out the hour long disc. That being distorting reality by escaping into fantasy, by indulging in creativity, and even manipulating the ideas of time and space altogether. Half of the tracks are lyrical pieces in a geek-noise rap style, the rest are instrumental glimpses into the M-Tek mythos. Scattered within are samples too numerous to list. And a few collaborators, both old and new.
These albums are no longer available due to being ancient and underdeveloped. The quality...not so good. But they remain listed here for the sake of memory and completion.

Gotcha Ladies was made on a hilarious whim back in the day and has appeared nowhere. It features MagiTek and Masurao.
Stranded was released as a standalone track but more recently appeared on Noncents Vol. 11. It's a Krondor Krew song featuring MagiTek and ZealouS1.
